• Perform comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and tailor support to their distinct needs.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions to adult clients, employing evidence-based and solution-focused methodologies to facilitate their mental health journeys.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring a seamless and engaging therapeutic experience for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services when required, demonstrating a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, staying current with best practices and emerging research in the mental health field.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
