Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN)
Perimeter Behavioral of the Ozarks โ€“ Springdale, AR

Perimeter Behavioral of the Ozarks has immediate openings for Behavioral Health Registered Nurses (RNs). We are seeking compassionate professionals dedicated to improving the lives of individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

As a premier behavioral health hospital, we provide inpatient treatment for adolescents using a patient-centered, collaborative approach. Our mission is to create a responsive, healing environment that inspires hope and promotes overall well-being through high-quality, integrated care.


Role Overview

Join a dedicated nursing team making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and adolescents. As a Behavioral Health RN, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team.


Core Responsibilities

Clinical Care

  • Provide high-quality nursing care in a behavioral health setting
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
  • Accurately document patient care and daily progress
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to implement measurable goals

Leadership & Environment

  • Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment that protects patient rights
  • Build professional relationships with patients, families, and staff
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination
  • Support and mentor team members
  • Advocate for patient needs and quality outcomes

Qualifications

Required

  • Active Arkansas RN license
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered care

Preferred

  • Experience in behavioral health and/or pediatric nursing
  • Inpatient psychiatric experience

Schedule
  • 12-hour day shifts (10a-10p)
  • Weekend rotation required
