Job Description :
10 - 12 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering Domain
Hand-on experience in Load Runner is a MUST. Experience with other tools like Jmeter, VSTS, SOASTA etc. is a plus
Strong Experience in creating performance test strategy, design, planning, workload modelling, and elicitation of non-functional requirements for testing
Have hands-on experience in Performance Bottleneck Analysis (Infrastructure, Application and System level)
Good experience in providing Performance Tuning Recommendations
Hands on experience in profiling and performance monitoring
Hands-on experience in using monitoring tools like Sitescope, IntraScope, Wily etc.
Experience of using Service Virtualization tools like CA LISA, HP Service Virtualization etc. will be added advantage
Prior Customer Facing Experience is a must
Be able to recommend test methodologies, approach for testing and improving application's performance
Good Communication and interpersonal skills are required
