Performance Architect
Location : Dallas, TX
  • Over 8 to 10 years of experience in Performance testing & engineering
  • Working with project stakeholders & Business analysts to ensure effective planning and requirements definition during initial phase of performance testing
  • Perform thorough analysis of non-functional requirements gathered and create performance engineering strategy and benchmarking plan based on current and future workloads.
  • Should be an individual contributor, own responsibility and able to handle project E2E.
  • Should be good in NeoLoad and Dynatrace monitoring and root cause analysis.
  • LR/Jmeter and other APM tools experience can be considered.
  • Knowledge in Chaos Engineering concepts & methodology is preferrable.
  • Simulate user loads on scalability manner, and run tests for every deployment to ensure AWS environment can handle expected number of concurrent requests & transaction volumes
  • Ensure that system in AWS platform can recover from failures and disruptions
  • Measure the system response under different conditions with varying network delay in AWS environment
  • Compare latency metrics with pre-migration benchmarks
  • Validation of service dependency failures to capture degradation behaviour, uptime of essential services and user notification mechanisms
