Job description

  • Company: Closet Factory
  • Location: Local Market / Field-Based
  • Job Type: Full-Time (Requires evening and weekend availability as needed)

At Closet Factory, we don’t just design closets; we create custom organizational solutions that transform lives. Position Overview

As our Field Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our local lead-generation efforts. You will build, train, schedule, and lead a high-performing team of field marketers across various retail environments and local events, while maintaining strong operational relationships with our retail partners.

Our Secret Weapon: A unique and exciting asset in this role is our brand-new, state-of-the-art Mobile Showroom Trailer. You will be responsible for bringing this showroom on wheels directly to our audience, showcasing our products, and managing our brand presence across local events and major retail partner locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event & Grassroots Management: Research, secure, and coordinate local events, home shows, sponsorships, and community engagement efforts.
  • Lead Generation: Actively engage potential customers at events and partner retail environments to schedule in-home consultations.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Be available to work evenings and weekends as needed to hit peak event times and maximize community engagement.
  • B2B Outreach: Connect with local contractors, interior designers, and home builders to establish collaborative partnerships and trade programs.
  • Mobile Showroom Logistics: Handle event setup and safely tow/transport our mobile showroom trailer to various locations using a company vehicle.
  • Budget & Logistics: Manage field marketing budgets to maximize ROI, oversee and approve team payroll, and analyze data/results to identify growth areas.

Qualifications & Skills

Prior experience in construction, home improvement, retail lead-generation, Big Box retail management, or brand ambassador management is highly preferred.

  • Proven Leadership & Scheduling: Demonstrated ability to recruit, manage, and successfully schedule a shift-based team of field marketers or sales reps across multiple locations.
  • Relationship Management: Strong professional diplomacy with the ability to collaborate effectively with retail Store Managers and corporate partners.
  • Exceptional Communication: Natural ability to connect with strangers, build instant rapport, and effectively demonstrate premium products.
  • Strong Organization: Excellent project management skills; ability to oversee budgets, track ROI, and develop clear performance reports.
  • Flexibility: Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
  • Driving Requirements: Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and have the confidence/ability to tow our mobile showroom trailer with a company vehicle.

What We Offer
