Job description

Overview

Aligned TG empowers organizations to harness the full potential of AWS cloud technologies, driving secure, scalable, and sustainable business outcomes. Our mission is to deliver cloud advisory, engineering, financial management, and security services while continually learning and innovating. We operate with a collaborative culture focused on execution, agility, and excellence, serving technology-enabled startups, mid-market, and enterprise clients.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of top-of-funnel demand generation, AWS-aligned marketing programs, and productized solution marketing across Aligned TG. This role evolves ideas from concept to strategy to execution to measurable pipeline impact with minimal oversight and requires close collaboration with sales, technical architects, and AWS marketing stakeholders to build repeatable workflows and launch impactful solution campaigns that strengthen our brand in the cloud ecosystem.

Success in this role is measured by:

  • Pipeline creation and qualified top-of-funnel leads for the Sales Team
  • Effective marketing motions aligned to AWS best practices
  • Clear, consistent brand representation across all channels
  • Scalable productized offering collateral and GTM execution
  • Strengthened relationship-building with AWS and customers
Key Responsibilities
  • Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
  • Build and execute ROI-driven demand generation campaigns that create net-new pipeline for the sales team.
  • Develop and optimize HubSpot nurturing workflows, sales enablement sequences, automated campaigns, and lifecycle journeys.
  • Create content and campaigns that support AWS-aligned GTM plays, including solution accelerators, Marketplace listings, and industry-specific initiatives.
  • Build and manage quarterly campaign calendars that directly support sales and AWS co-sell motions.
  • Analyze performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and continuously refine strategies to increase conversion and engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and technical SMEs to package and launch productized AWS solutions, including value props, messaging, materials, and campaign assets.
  • Support AWS Marketplace listings, solution storefront updates, and private offer messaging.
  • Ensure all productized collateral (decks, one-pagers, playbooks) is clear, modern, and tightly aligned to buyer pain points and AWS value drivers.
  • AWS Alignment & Execution
  • Listen to AWS marketing best practices, guidance, and playbooks—and turn them into repeatable, scalable workflows ATG can use quarter after quarter.
  • Maintain strong working rhythms with AWS PMMs, ISV marketing teams, and other program managers to ensure alignment on campaigns, events, and messaging.
  • Support AWS co-marketing activities, including joint content, webinars, socials, and demand campaigns.
  • Brand Management & Content Creation
  • Uphold and evolve brand consistency across materials—pitch decks, solution briefs, proposal templates, and sales collateral.
  • Create high-quality content including blogs, thought leadership articles, sales collateral, digital ads, and customer stories.
  • Oversee website content accuracy, UX, and SEO in collaboration with external web partners.
  • Manage creative assets, visuals, social media content, and storytelling initiatives that elevate ATG’s market position.
  • Events & Field Marketing
  • Support customer, AWS, and industry events with a focus on pipeline generation, meaningful engagement, and post-event follow-up workflows.
  • Coordinate logistics, promotion, and follow-up processes to maximize ROI and lead capture.
  • Evaluate which conferences and field events are worthy investments for brand visibility and sales alignment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with sales leaders, BDRs, delivery teams, and technical architects to deliver campaigns and content that strengthen deal velocity.
  • Collaborate with select ISV partners for co-branded assets or joint solution launches as needed.
What You'll Gain
  • Direct impact on revenue growth through data-driven demand generation campaigns.
  • Deep exposure to AWS programs, Marketplace, partner-led GTM, and industry-specific cloud solutions.
  • Experience building and marketing productized cloud offerings that scale across industries.
  • An opportunity to shape the brand and voice of a fast-scaling AWS consulting company.
  • Professional development including AWS, marketing, and cloud certifications.
Qualifications

Required

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to take initiatives from ideation → execution with minimal oversight.
  • Track record of building demand generation or nurture programs that create measurable pipeline.
  • Strong writing and content development skills for technical and business audiences.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM tools.
  • Strong project management capabilities and ability to juggle multiple concurrent initiatives.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of marketing automation workflows and digital campaign analytics.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and SEO-friendly content creation.
  • Ability to build clean, modern sales collateral and GTM materials.
  • Strong self-starter who takes ownership and drives outcomes independently.
  • Highly resourceful—knows how to leverage internal SMEs, AWS teams, and partner networks.
  • Able to absorb AWS marketing guidance and turn it into structured, repeatable processes.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for visual and written quality.
  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Adaptable, growth-oriented, and eager to operate in a fast-moving cloud technology environment.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in AWS, cloud consulting, or technology services marketing.
  • Experience supporting AWS marketing programs or partner-led campaigns.
  • Graphic design or multimedia content creation skills.
  • Experience measuring marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness.
