Title: Account Based Marketing Manager
Location: Initial Remote (DC/VA locations)
Duration: Fulltime

Job Description:
Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, the ABM Manager will have direct responsibility for building and delivering account-based marketing programs to meet the growth objective of the business.
Responsibilities
• Define and build account-based marketing strategy
• Develop implement and execute marketing plans and acceleration programs for specific, targeted accounts
• Serve as the focal point for sales team for ABM and improve marketing-sales alignment around accounts, content and campaigns
• Work closely with sales leadership to align on key accounts and activities
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to develop campaign concept, digital marketing planning, content strategy, creative and more to support ABM plan
• Work closely with Sales to map and identify key persona in the buying process to develop marketing plan accordingly
• Leverage and localize existing content, while developing account-specific content where required
• Define activities KPI's and own the measurement and performance analysis process
Requirements/Experience:
A minimum of 8-10-year experience in multi-channel B2B marketing, preferably in the government, public safety or security software space.
• Experience building and delivering field marketing campaigns, events, executive and key account programs and partner activity
• Strong understanding of the Sales process
• Proven experience enabling a sales organization with training and sales tools
• Experience in develop the strategy and content for marketing programs that drive awareness and demand for your products
• Product marketing and content development background - strong advantage
• Candidate should feel comfortable presenting publicly in outward facing situations
• Strong written and spoken communications skills.
• TRAVEL: 30% travel expected, including some international travel.
