Job description

Reformed Marketing is expanding our Virginia Beach team and hiring motivated, outgoing individuals for our Marketing Promotions Associate position.


No previous marketing or sales experience required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and one-on-one mentorship from day one.

What You'll Do

As a Marketing Promotions Associate, you'll represent nationally recognized brands through face-to-face promotional campaigns in a retail environment.

You'll:

  • Engage with customers and create positive brand experiences
  • Educate customers about products, services, and promotions
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Support promotional campaigns and customer acquisition efforts
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Represent partner brands professionally and with integrity
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

  • Full-time availability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working on-site in Virginia Beach
