What does a performance marketing manager do?

A Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns with a focus on measurable results, such as leads, sales, or app installs. They use data-driven strategies across channels like paid search, social media ads, display advertising, and affiliate marketing to maximize return on investment (ROI). The role often involves analyzing campaign performance, managing budgets, running A/B tests, and working with creative and analytics teams to improve performance. Their main goal is to drive targeted traffic and achieve specific business objectives efficiently.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a performance marketing manager?

To thrive as a Performance Marketing Manager, you need expertise in digital marketing strategies, data analysis, and campaign optimization, often supported by a degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
