Job description

Bella Group is looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Manager to support the organization's business growth strategy and digital transformation. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible to support the strategic development and management of retail marketing, including campaigns, digital dealer initiatives and CO-OP programs, aimed to support dealer advertising, customer engagement & showroom traffic. This role has a strategic focus on campaign management and innovative approach to drive customer acquisition and loyalty across media, with a strong focus on digital channels.
What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and oversee retail marketing strategy and campaigns across the funnel (awareness, engagement, customer acquisition and retention).
  • Collaborate with Content team and advertising agencies in the development of marketing assets for product launches, sales events, campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee Co-op and other incentives programs - including monitoring its compliance per brand.
  • Implement marketing programs and materials that assure legal compliance.
  • Monitor retail marketing budget and advertising program's funds utilization.
  • Work with partner agencies and distributors to discuss industry insights and identify opportunities to execute marketing programs following best practices.
  • Communicate on an ongoing basis with the Sales team regarding Retail Marketing programs, promotions and other initiatives.
  • Oversee marketing performance metrics and reporting to ensure objectives and KPIs are being met.
  • Attend marketing promotion meetings conducted by the manufacturer and/or dealer associations.
  • Stay current on marketing technologies and look for opportunities to maintain marketing best practices to create continuous improvement throughout the retail network.
  • Visit dealerships on a regular basis to identify opportunities and support the Sales team.
  • Work with the creative development process by helping guide creative and brand strategy.
  • Analyze data and consumer insights to determine key trends and behaviors that can be actioned on to further drive customer acquisition and engagement.Responsible for retail marketing projects execution, from concept and strategy to delivery, working alongside cross-functional teams, such as: Sales, Content Production, Wholesale, Brand and others.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail marketing or digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Ability to manage integrated marketing plans , assess business needs , define clear goals (KPIs) and identify solutions to support business objectives.
  • Ability to develop compelling and clear marketing briefs and plans.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects, priorities and deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Must be a self-starter who can work independently.
  • Must demonstrate strong analytical, organizational and critical thinking.
  • Team player and experience managing multiple projects.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Experience working on retail marketing, a plus.
