As a Marketing Manager, you have lots of ideas grounded in research and knowledge of the marketplace. Your skills in planning and implementing these ideas are what make you an outstanding business partner and marketer. You critically think through problems and communicate your ideas in a way that helps us compete. Your curiosity, love of learning, and active listening give you a significant understanding of healthcare and business.

You will be responsible for providing strategic direction for assigned business lines across CARICAM region. Responsibilities include: P&L management, marketing plans, life cycle management and promotional plans. Collaborates with commercial and support areas to guarantee strategy deployment and execution

What you'll be doing
  • Develop strategic marketing direction for product lines that includes:

Market intelligence (MS, etc) Competitive intelligence Patient journey Funding flow Market Segmentation Targeting strategy Market access and medical strategic priorities Strategic objectives Price strategy Tactical plan Financial plan (sales, opex, sgps) Life cycle management strategy (LCM)

  • Ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies, based on KPIs monitoring

Strategy deployment by commercial team Monitoring leads and lags metrics through salesforce Provide feedback to Sales Regional Managers based on KPIs results Follow up of sales opportunities (Funnel) Fieldwork with commercial area Define leased hardware strategy and follow up productivity

  • Measures sales and profit results vs. budget periodically, and keep sales force informed. Makes recommendations to Sales Manager in order to reach objectives.
  • Develops and implements incentive programs in coordination with Sales Manager for the sales force designed to assure overall sales, key product sales and business pretax
  • Provide input in Volume, ASP, Sales, Marketing expenses, Capex for all financial processes; AOP / FCST & Weekly Tracker
  • Monitor P&L performance to assure that the business unit meets financial objectives and make adjustment as needed
  • Assures adequate training for Therapy Specialists and Key Account Executive and additional personnel that support the business on product knowledge
  • Define and monitor HCP educational programs and KOLs plans / Grants / Convention
  • Provide guidance and monitor Market access and Regulatory affairs plans
What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Business Administration. Master's Degree or equivalent experience highly desirable.
  • 7 years of management level experience in Marketing function within the healthcare, highly desirable previous experience in Pharma, Anesthesia, Nutrition, IVs, Infusion Pumps
  • Experience leading marketing strategy for CARICAM region, including Marketing Plan generation, setting priorities, and market segmentation.
  • Direct experience in Marketing for B2B Pharmaceutical products (Directly working with hospitals and specialist. Not OTC, Rx or any retail)
