Job description

As the Collision Performance Team Manager, East Coast you will lead a high-performing team of Refinish Professionals across a multi-state and Canadian territory. You will oversee approximately 20 team members supporting collision repair and automotive refinish customers throughout the assigned zone. We ask that you collaborate with sales, technical, distribution, and customer teams to ensure exceptional service, execution, and achievement of goals throughout the region. Reporting directly to the Refinish USCA Collision Performance Director you will organize and prioritize projects, customer needs, and team goals across a large geographic territory. You will ensure follow-up and execution of action plans and customer commitments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Inspire and motivate team members to achieve single and team performance goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, field support activities, and development planning.
  • Increase performance metrics including sales growth, customer satisfaction, product adoption, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor territory performance and use data to identify opportunities and improve results.
  • Support main customer relationships and assist with high-level account management.
  • Champion continuous improvement programs and operational best practices.
  • Apply knowledge of automotive refinish and collision repair processes to support customer success and team effectiveness.
  • Provide technical and operational guidance related to refinish products, collision center workflows, and industry trends.
  • Develop relationships with body shop operators, MSOs, distributors, and strategic partners.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of leadership or management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the United States and Canada.
  • Experience in automotive refinish, collision repair, or automotive aftermarket industries.
  • Knowledge of collision center operations, paint processes, and refinish systems.
  • Experience working with distribution channels, OEM programs, or MSO customers.
  • Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
