We are looking for aPerformance Marketing Managerwho thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and strategy, someone who doesn't just run campaigns, but builds the systems and insights that consistently fill buildings.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role based inFenway, one of Boston's most vibrant and fast-evolving neighborhoods. You will own performance marketing across our residential and commercial portfolio, with direct influence on leasing velocity, cost efficiency, and property-level financial outcomes. If you are energized by connecting marketing data to business results and want a seat at the table where those decisions are made, this role is built for you.

This position offers a hybrid schedule with 3-4 days on-site in Fenway, putting you at the center of the portfolio you are marketing and the teams you're supporting.
