What You’ll Do
  • Engine and deploy high-availability application suites that serve as the backbone for critical national defense operations.

  • Drive the continuous upgrade, optimization, and feature expansion of foundational architectures to mitigate technical debt.

  • Synthesize robust CI/CD automated deployment pipelines to guarantee seamless, secure, and rapid software delivery.

  • Champion tiered technical support frameworks (Tier 1 and Tier 2) to resolve complex operational challenges for a globally distributed user base.

  • Analyze intricate legacy systems to map cross-functional dependencies and implement seamless upgrades with zero operational downtime.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional defense intelligence partners to translate complex operational needs into scalable software solutions.


What You Bring
  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance (Top Secret required; TS/SCI preferred to meet immediate mission needs).

  • Proven Expertise in object-oriented programming, specifically commanding deep engineering capabilities in Java and C++, with preferred supplementary proficiency in Python.

  • Background spanning 2 to 10+ years of dedicated experience building, operating, and sustaining production-grade enterprise software within complex environments.

  • Technical Mastery of Linux/Unix operating systems (such as RHEL, Rocky Linux, or equivalent enterprise distributions) and modern version control architectures utilizing Git.

  • Academic Foundation consisting of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a highly technical STEM discipline.

  • Advanced Capability in containerization strategies, modular system design, and execution of both horizontal and vertical scaling principles.

  • Adeptness at diagnosing, debugging, and performance-tuning intricate, multi-language software infrastructures while adhering to strict security compliance mandates.
