Parkway Care and Rehab in Edwardsville, KS is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Director to join our team, who will manage all of the maintenance duties for our amazing health care company! This position earns a competitive salary. The Maintenance Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the physical plant. Responsible for all functions required to keep physical facility in good repair and safe for residents, staff, and visitors. Conducts a variety of preventative and restorative maintenance duties. Additionally, responsible for negotiating and contracting with outside vendors. Follows established Federal, State, County and City codes and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR
• 2 + years' experience in health care related maintenance and plant operations.
• One year of experience supervising others to include: setting performance expectations, coaching, motivating, promoting collaboration and teamwork, promoting company culture, managing change, providing performance feedback, delegating effectively, resolving conflicts, etc.
• Must have valid driver's license, good driving record.
• Ability to operate Windows 10 computer, read, write, and speak English.
• The ideal candidate will have performed the job duties of Maintenance Director in a Skilled Nursing Facility and have experience using an electronic work order system.
