Job description

Position Overview

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, this role provides marketing support for the assigned region(s). This includes supporting a variety of marketing activities, including tactical planning and delivery, engagement with strategic partners, budget tracking, as well as supporting the delivery of several key projects specific to the region(s) and division — including the region's Designer Interiors™ rollout, the My Rohit Home App / Direct-to-Consumer channel, and the marketing work that supports the region's sales (SSC) plan. This role will work directly with operational staff within their assigned region(s) and division, as well as with various vendors, to support tactical delivery.

Position Success Metrics

Success indicators for this position, include the extent that:

  • Marketing support work contributes to monetary outcomes for the region(s) — including brand-led pricing confidence, where the Designer Interiors™ and brand materials this role touches are accurate, on-brand, and help buyers and realtors see the value in the home.
  • The individual is well integrated within the business and priorities of the region(s), including a working understanding of the region's sales (SSC) plan and how marketing supports it.
  • Marketing budgets and expenses assigned to this role are accurately tracked and reported for the region(s).
  • Objectives and strategies for the region(s) are supported and effectively executed — contributing to demand quality and conversion efficiency (helping bring the right buyers into the pipeline) to realtor enablement (realtor-facing tools and sales centre materials this role supports are current, accurate, and easy to use).
  • Assigned marketing projects specific to the region(s) are well coordinated and, where required, executed.
  • Independence and judgment grow over time, requiring less direction on repeatable tasks as the role matures.

General Responsibilities

As a foundational role specific to tactical marketing within the region(s), this position will be responsible for supporting the Sr. Marketing Coordinator and Regional Marketing Manager in terms of:

  • Designer Interiors™ and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Support
    • Coordinating photography, showhome staging touchpoints, and collateral for local Designer Interiors™ launches so new collections are represented accurately and on brand.
    • Keeping regional inventory, pricing, and imagery on the My Rohit Home App accurate and current.
    • Supporting local activations and sales centre materials that drive App awareness, downloads, and engagement.
    • Flagging field feedback (buyer or realtor questions, friction points) on Designer Interiors™ or the App to the Sr. Marketing Coordinator or Regional Marketing Manager.
  • Digital Marketing
    • Researching, creating, and publishing website content for the division.
    • Working with the MarTech and Growth Specialist/Partner on SEO activities — competitor analysis, keyword work, AdWords campaign management, A/B testing.
    • Helping oversee and manage social media platforms, content, and performance.
    • Collaborating with agencies on channel strategy and media buying to minimize cost and maximize outcome.
    • Supporting the development, implementation, and reporting of email marketing campaigns.
    • Monitoring and responding to customer online reviews.
  • Traditional, Out of Home, and Sponsorship Marketing
    • Providing tactical support to sales teams — collateral, brand/product messaging, event coordination and attendance, client engagement.
    • Supporting the realtor toolkit and sales centre materials that help drive the region's SSC plan.
    • Executing on-site signage and geo-targeted out-of-home campaigns.
    • Supporting outreach to industry publications and news media for earned and paid media.
    • Pursuing amenity and building sponsorship naming rights, and supporting industry award submissions.
  • Tactical Planning and Management
    • Helping build and implement marketing plans, with an understanding of how they map to the region's SSC plan and community-by-community timing.
    • Tracking expenditures to support active budget management by project and by quarter.
    • Supporting tactical planning and delivery for other regions or divisions when required.
  • Research and Analysis
    • Helping scope, implement, and deliver market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor positions, and marketability impacts.
    • Contributing to consumer analysis — trends, profiles, and preferences — that informs key regional decisions.
    • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign and web analytics performance.
  • Brand Activation
    • Helping develop and execute brand activation plans.
    • Carrying the brand's storytelling and expression consistently across regional touchpoints.
    • Collaborating on brand planning, positioning, visual design, and experience.
  • Creative and Production Orchestration
    • Collaborating with creative specialists — creative and art directors, designers, illustrators, photographers, typographers, traffic managers — on business, brand, and creative direction and scoping.
    • Supporting the review of quotes and proofs through pre- and post-production.
    • Helping manage vendor (agency) contracts and the division's digital asset library.
  • Service Innovation
    • Supporting research and experimentation on new marketing services to maximize impact and drive efficiency.
    • Supporting special projects within the division.
  • Other duties as needed
