The Carolina Perez Agency, a Farmers Insurance Agency in Oxnard, is looking for a motivated and driven Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and helping clients protect what matters most. You will work directly with our agency team to generate new business, advise clients on coverage options, and grow our client base.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound leads and follow up with prospects

Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads

Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Life, and Commercial insurance policies

Cross-sell additional products to existing clients

Build relationships and generate referrals through networking

Educate clients on coverage options and policy benefits

Maintain accurate client records and follow up consistently

Meet monthly sales goals and earn commissions and bonuses


Requirements

California Property & Casualty License preferred. Must be willing to obtain. Licensing assistance available.

Sales or customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, or call center experience is a plus)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and in person

Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
