Radiology Technologist - Per Diem (Variable Shift)
Location: Anacortes, WA
Schedule: 0.1 FTE / Per Diem | Variable Shifts
Salary Range: $38.64 - $56.08 per hour

What You'll Do
  • Position and prepare patients for radiologic procedures as prescribed by physicians
  • Operate imaging equipment and adjust technical factors to produce diagnostic-quality images
  • Provide and monitor radiation protection for patients and staff during procedures
  • Administer contrast media orally or rectally under physician supervision
  • Process and review images, ensuring diagnostic accuracy
  • Transport patients safely to and from procedure areas as needed
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and readiness between exams
  • Answer phones, assist with scheduling, and perform related administrative duties
  • Uphold Island Health's standards for professionalism, confidentiality, and patient care

What You'll Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an AMA-accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • ARRT certification in Radiography (R)
  • Washington State certification as a Radiologic Technologist (required)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach
  • Commitment to teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement
