How does the flexible scheduling of a per diem tech impact team collaboration and communication?

Per Diem Techs often work variable shifts and may cover gaps in staffing, which means they interact with different team members frequently. Building rapport with permanent staff and proactively seeking information during each shift can help Per Diem Techs integrate smoothly into the team.
