Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., Inc. is a nationwide leader in the commercial roofing industry, specializing in the installation, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of roofing systems. With a strong commitment to safety, quality, and integrity, we are seeking skilled and dependable Commercial Roofing Service Technicians to join our growing team.
Position Overview
The Commercial Roofing Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial roofing systems while delivering high-quality workmanship and professional customer service. This role supports ongoing service and repair operations and requires technical skill, reliability, and a strong focus on safety. Training is available for motivated individuals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair leaks on commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and metal
  • Perform repairs in accordance with industry standards and company safety protocols
  • Communicate professionally with onsite contacts and internal teams
  • Travel to job sites as required (per diem provided when travel is necessary)
  • Maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles
  • Use mobile devices for job documentation, communication, and reporting
  • Follow all OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • 2+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
  • Ability to work at heights and perform physical labor
  • Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile technology, or willingness to learn
  • At least one professional reference required
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and professional demeanor
