• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of patients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their unique circumstances and preferences.

You will be working predominantly with terminally ill patients and their families, navigating complex emotional landscapes associated with grief, loss, and transition. Your expertise will play a critical role in assisting these individuals in addressing their mental health challenges, fostering resilience, and improving overall well-being during a crucial phase of their lives.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• A valid and active LCSW license in the state of Kansas.
• At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy with advanced skills in solution-based interventions.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to effectively support patients and their families.

• Experience working in a hospice or palliative care setting is highly preferred.
