• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, formulating tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Implement and administer a variety of therapeutic interventions, including solution-focused therapies, to foster client engagement and progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with federal and state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and registered nurses to provide coordinated care aimed at improving overall patient outcomes.
• Facilitate case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss clinical approaches and share advancements in mental health practices.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families, equipping them with vital mental health knowledge and coping strategies.
• Stay abreast of current research and best practices in the fields of social work and mental health to enhance service delivery.

In this role, you will work primarily with adult clients who are navigating the complexities of addiction and mental health issues. This includes individuals from various backgrounds facing crises related to substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your empathetic approach will help empower these clients as they take critical steps toward recovery and improved mental health.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Kansas is mandatory.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience specifically within the field of psychotherapy.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based therapeutic interventions, tailored to the varying needs of clients.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.

• Experience working in a detox or addiction recovery setting.
