Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time, Per Diem & Remote/Telehealth

About the Opportunity

Cheraw Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. We are currently offering Full-Time, Per Diem, and Remote/Telehealth opportunities for a qualified clinician who is passionate about helping patients improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and overall quality of life.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients while working alongside a supportive interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Position Highlights

  • Full-Time, Per Diem, and Remote/Telehealth opportunities available
  • Provide individualized speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy
  • Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans
  • Evaluate patients and establish appropriate therapy goals
  • Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with nursing, therapy, medical, and other healthcare professionals
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment recommendations
  • Complete required clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Help patients achieve greater independence and improved quality of life

Qualifications

  • Current South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility as applicable
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred/required as applicable
  • Current ASHA certification preferred
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
  • Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • For remote/telehealth positions, ability to provide effective clinical services through a telehealth platform and meet applicable state and regulatory requirements
