• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients by utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools to accurately gauge their mental and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and goals, developing personalized treatment plans based on assessment data.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for clients of varying ages, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Lead couples therapy sessions designed to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and rebuild trust within the relationship.
• Regularly review and adapt treatment plans, ensuring they reflect clients' progression and evolving needs.
• Document client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate and current records including case histories and progress notes, in compliance with legal standards.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in marriage and family therapy, attending workshops and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and techniques.
• Maintain strict confidentiality concerning client information, advocating for their rights and ensuring ethical practice at all times.
• Create a secure and supportive virtual therapy environment that promotes client engagement and comfort.

The therapy services provided through Gotham Enterprises Ltd focus on a wide range of patients, including teenagers, adults, and couples facing diverse mental health challenges. We offer specialized care to those dealing with relationship issues, personal trauma, depression, anxiety disorders, and more. • Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist issued by the New York State Board.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing individual and/or couples therapy is required.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic skills, particularly in working with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in electronic health record systems.

• Experience working with children, adolescents, and familial dynamics in a therapeutic capacity.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, and systems theory.
• Track record of successful client outcomes and demonstrating a commitment to continued learning in the field of therapy.

The position offers a competitive salary, ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
