Many healthcare organizations offer flexible scheduling, allowing you to pick up shifts that best fit your availability and lifestyle. During a typical shift, you’ll assist patients with daily activities, monitor vital signs, support nursing staff, and ensure patient comfort and safety. What does per diem mean for hospital techs?
