Job description

Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are seeking, Per Diem Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide home-based therapy services throughout Aventura, Hallandale Beach, Sunny Isles Beach, Golden Beach, North Miami Beach, North Miami, Miami Shores, Bal Harbour, Surfside, Bay Harbor Islands, Miami Beach, South Beach, Mid-Beach, North Beach, Collins Avenue, Hollywood, and surrounding areas.

New graduates are encouraged to apply! No home health experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed in the home care setting.

Position Overview

  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes.
  • Treat patients recovering from hospitalization, skilled nursing facilities, surgery, injury, or other conditions requiring ongoing rehabilitation.
  • Typical caseload consists of 2–3 visits per patient per week.
  • Complete Start of Care evaluations, reassessments, evaluations, and routine therapy visit as assigned.
  • All documentation is completed electronically using WebPT.

  • Current Florida Occupational Therapist License (or license eligibility for new graduates)
  • Reliable transportation
