Shift: 8hrs Day shift - 7:00am-3:30pm + on call
Responsibilities
  • Prepare the cardiac catheterization lab for diagnostic and interventional procedures.
  • Assist physicians during cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, stent placements, electrophysiology procedures, and other cardiovascular interventions.
  • Operate hemodynamic monitoring systems and imaging equipment.
  • Scrub and circulate during procedures while maintaining a sterile field.
  • Prepare and administer contrast media as permitted by facility policy.
  • Monitor patients throughout procedures and promptly communicate changes in patient condition.
  • Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and maintenance of Cath Lab equipment and supplies.
  • Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Adhere to all hospital safety, infection prevention, and quality standards.

  • License Required: ARRT (R), CCI RCIS, CRT, CA Fluoroscopy Permit
  • Certifications Required: AHA ACLS, BLS
