Position Summary
The Industrial Rehabilitation & Field Maintenance Technician is a hands-on field role responsible for executing structural repairs, coating work, mechanical component replacement, and project closeout tasks on steel water storage tanks.
This is not a single-trade welding position. We are seeking well-rounded industrial craftsmen who are comfortable performing a variety of skilled tasks including painting, mechanical repairs, part replacement, structural work, and final punch list/closeout activities.
Ideal candidates may come from:

  • Replace and repair tank components such as hatches, vents, ladders, handrails, platforms, nozzles, and other appurtenances

  • Complete punch list and project closeout work, including touch-ups, adjustments, and final detailing
  • Assist with mobilization and demobilization of equipment and materials
  • Maintain high safety standards and follow OSHA requirements

Position Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 3-7+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, structural rehabilitation, plant work, bridge work, or similar heavy field environments
  • Experience performing multiple types of industrial work (coatings, mechanical repairs, structural repairs - not just welding)

  • Willingness to travel nationwide for project assignments

Preferred (Not Required)
