Job Summary

We are seeking to hire a talented Insulation Service Professional. This role is a hybrid role consisting of both sales and service and optimized by streamlined leads through marketing, fellow Service Professional and the Sales Appointment Setter program. The role will be able to flex depending on workload, with the ultimate goal of being primarily focused on closing sales. This position will have the opportunity to sell primarily specialty services (german cockroach, bed bug, termite, rodent and exclusion and insulation in applicable markets) along with of course our traditional services such as general pest control, outdoor package and other ancillary services. 


You can communicate at a high level on the biology and behaviors of insects, identify specialty pest infestations and build value through the sales process. In return, being able to close sales and generate revenue for your respective location/Hawx. You will exemplify excellent customer service and professionalism while following a daily schedule of services.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

  • Install insulation (fiberglass, cellulose, spray foam) by reading blueprints/specifications, cutting materials to fit around obstacles, and securing with staples, tape, or screws.
  • Apply vapor barriers and insulation to surfaces such as walls, ducts, and pipes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and energy-efficiency standards.
  • Remove and dispose of old insulation in accordance with environmental and health guidelines.
  • Perform pest control treatments using environmentally responsible products; follow proper mixing, safety, and application protocols based on label instructions.
  • Conduct energy audits, recommend solutions, and support sales efforts to enhance customer efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Work in crawl spaces, attics, on rooftops, and in confined areas; climb ladders and navigate various structure types safely.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials used, services performed, and customer communications.
  • Care for company-issued tools, equipment, vehicle, and gas card.
  • Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and identify further service opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to leads, conduct inspections, close sales, and process work using handheld devices and software platforms.
  • Exemplify safe performance of job duties and adherence to safety policies and procedures.
  • Reinforce a culture of safety within the team.

EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Must pass required background check and drug screening and motor vehicle record.
  • Must be 21 years or older w/ valid driver's license

  • Physical labor experience (working in outside conditions) 
  • Ability to bend, lift, sit, stretch, reach, crouch
  • Able to lift at least 50 pounds
