Redi Services, LLC a leader in the Industrial Services Industry, is in search of a Porta John Technician/Driver to join us for an amazing fulltime, long-term opportunity with a family-owned company that is ready to make a commitment to you and your career goals. With safety being our top priority, Redi Services, LLC. has exciting plans for 2026. Won't you come and join us?Job Duties Include but are not limited to:Load, unload, and transport scaffolding materials and equipment.Assisting in erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures under supervision.Maintaining a clean and organized work area.Inspecting scaffold components for damage or defects.Following all company and OSHA safety regulations.Securing tools, materials, and equipment properly.Communicating with crew members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.Performing general labor duties as assigned.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED preferred.Prior construction or labor experience is a plus but not required.Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly.Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.Strong work ethic and reliability.Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.Skills & Competencies:Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.Good balance and coordination.Awareness of safety procedures.Time management and punctuality.Work Environment:Outdoor construction and industrial sites.Exposure to noise, dust, heights, and changing weather.May require overtime, weekends, or travel depending on project needs.Physical Requirements:Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, climbing, and standing for long periods.Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding safely.Hourly Rate: $18.00-$20.00 per hour DOE.Benefits and Perks:Great Company Benefits starting 1st of the Month after 60 days of eligible employment.Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription InsuranceHSALife InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401K with company Match PTO
