Job description

Seeking dependable and safety-focused Industrial Scaffold Builders to support commercial and industrial construction projects throughout Colorado. This position is responsible for the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffold systems while maintaining strict compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety standards.
This is a hands-on field role requiring physical labor, attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. Candidates should be comfortable working in construction and industrial environments and performing physically demanding work throughout the day.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffold systems under the direction of a Scaffold Supervisor or competent person
  • Perform daily scaffold work including lifting, carrying, assembling, and securing scaffold materials
  • Assist with tying scaffolds to structures and ensuring stability and load compliance
  • Inspect scaffold components prior to use to verify safe working condition
  • Load, unload, and stage scaffold materials and equipment
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members regarding work progress and safety concerns
  • Follow all OSHA regulations and site-specific safety requirements at all times
Required Qualifications
  • OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification required
  • Fall Protection training required
  • Minimum 1-3 years of scaffolding or related construction experience
  • Ability to meet site-specific safety and access requirements
  • Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and perform repetitive physical tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Scaffold User or Scaffold Erector training
  • Experience with system scaffolds, rolling scaffolds, and cantilever or hanging scaffolds
  • Industrial or commercial construction experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills
  • Familiarity with engineered scaffold systems
Work Environment
