Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support PeopleSoft applications, including PeopleSoft HCM and related modules.
  • Support PeopleSoft system maintenance, upgrades, enhancements, and operational improvements.
  • Assist with PeopleSoft configuration, testing, issue resolution, and system optimization.
  • Troubleshoot PeopleSoft application issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
  • Support PeopleSoft integrations, data validation, and system monitoring activities.
  • Assist with requirements analysis, documentation, user support, and training materials.
  • Work with functional and technical teams to support PeopleSoft business processes.
  • Support compliance with Federal Government and customer requirements.

Requirements
  • Experience administering or supporting PeopleSoft applications.
  • Working knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM or related PeopleSoft modules.
  • Understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, configuration, PeopleTools, integrations, and system support.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $92,000 - $171,000.
