Responsibilities

  • Possess strong technical expertise with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing PeopleSoft Financials modules, including: o Accounts Payable (AP) o General Ledger (GL) o Accounts Receivable (AR) o Asset Management (AM)
  • Actively participate in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities, including: o Requirement analysis o Design o Development o Testing o Deployment and support Involve in enhancements, customizations, interface development, and query creation across
  • PeopleSoft Financials modules. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and define business and functional requirements.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality coding solutions for new, complex, and business-critical systems. Ensure thorough testing and validation of developed solutions, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of PeopleSoft Financials business processes and module functionalities.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and audit requirements, including: o Technical Design Documents (TDD) o Unit Test Scripts o Unit Test Logs o Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for defects Ensure compliance with SDLC processes and documentation standards, including auditable deliverables.
  • Contribute to the overall development lifecycle, from concept to delivery and post-production support. Take ownership of delivering high-quality design, development, and implementation, ensuring robustness, scalability, and performance of the solutions.
