Large scale PeopleSoft system merger experience highly preferred. Project experience should include large (50,000 employee population), diverse (exempt, non-exempt, union) employee populations using the full suite of PeopleSoft modules.

Deep level of expertise required with core HR and self service functionality. Experience with international populations is desirable. Experience with Staffing modules preferred.

Test cycle management experience preferred The BA will be responsible for complex data analysis and issue resolution. Proven experience in the test / implementation phase of projects is important. Other skills required include meeting facilitating, change request management ability liaison between business and delivery team.
