Job Summary:
CACI International Inc is focused on modernizing Human Capital Management within the Intel community, offering innovative solutions to federal customers. The Peoplesoft Application Developer will be responsible for driving technical solutions and supporting the implementation of PeopleSoft HRMS, ensuring that the system meets the evolving needs of the organization.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Drive technical solution design, development, deployment/cutover, and implementation covering all technical aspects of the PeopleSoft implementation lifecycle
โ€ข Provide hands-on technical solutions to business challenges & translates them into process/technical solutions
โ€ข Provide technical development, utilizing PeopleTools, and system design skills.
โ€ข Work with the Requirements Analysts to understand user stories and deliver feature/capabilities each sprint
โ€ข Analyze the impacts of vendor-provided updates and upgrades to the system; Work with Product Owner and Requirements Analyst to suggest novel approaches to problems to minimize customizations of the product.
โ€ข Provide production support by analyzing, designing, programming, and testing solutions to complex production problems.
โ€ข Develop test scenarios and test cases.
โ€ข Correct data in critical situations.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or a computer-related field. Will consider experience in lieu of degree
โ€ข Five (5) years of experience in information systems implementation, change management efforts or application process redesign
โ€ข Three (3) years of technical development experience with PeopleSoftโ„ข HRMS ERP including recent experience with PeopleSoftโ„ข 9.x
โ€ข Five (5) yearsโ€™ experience in developing, prototyping, and testing solutions for information systems implementation
โ€ข Two (2) years of experience with ORACLE and SQL commands
โ€ข Technical development experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technology
โ€ข Technical development experience implementing PeopleSoftโ„ข
โ€ข Current and active TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph
โ€ข Work onsite in Chantilly, VA
Preferred:
โ€ข Experience applying broad management skills and specialized functional and technical expertise to lead information systems projects
โ€ข Experience providing subject matter expertise in industry, process, or technology areas
โ€ข Experience with design and process documentation
โ€ข Experience with unit testing IT applications
