18+ years of experience in PeopleSoft - Implementation / Upgrade & Support projects and minimum of 8+ years of experience in Project management
Required Skills:
- Experience as a Project Manager in PeopleSoft Implementation, Upgrade and Support projects (9.1 and higher - FSCM & HCM applications)
- Experience of managing at least one Peoplesoft upgrade project from 9.1 or below version to 9.2 (both FSCM & HCM)
- Experience in handling complex project having
   o Multiple parallel tracks involving Upgrade / Implementation / Testing & Support
   o Managing team across multi-location
   o Knowledge in PeopleSoft FSCM / HCM modules / Interaction hub / SES implementation
   o Team size of 60+
- Experience in Project management activities: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Tracking & Monitoring & Closure
- Experience in Risk management, stakeholder manager, communication management & cost management
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as this position will require constant interaction with customer team (business + project management team + senior management team) on a regular basis
- Fluency in English is a must
- Provide input on best practices to clients on Project management tools, practices, PeopleSoft applications and its utilization to effectively manage the project requirements
- Take complete ownership & responsibility to ensure successful execution of the project
- Must have knowledge & experience on test automation using PTF & performance testing
- Must have project experience of working for energy & utility customers   
- Experience in creating detailed project plan using MS Project and maintaining the same during the project life cycle
- Experience in collecting project metrics and preparing detailed reports to be shared with project stakeholders
- Experience in working with onsite / offshore project team, senior management of Hexaware and the customer to ensure successful completion of the project
- Ability to manage customer expectations, proactively identify the risks and mitigate them before its occurrence

- Consistently produces clear, concise status reports, deliverables and other project documentation as needed
- Builds confidence and trust with customers
- Displays effective analytical skills
- PMP certified / PeopleSoft certified professional
Leadership Skills:
