First Division Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Principal Expeditionary Operations & Technical Exploitation Subject Matter Expert (SME 4) to support Expeditionary Exploitation Unit ONE (EXU-1) Command Operational and Technical Support.

The SME 4 serves as a senior technical authority providing enterprise-level expertise, strategic guidance, technical leadership, and analysis across one or more EXU-1 mission or functional areas. The position supports complex operational, intelligence, engineering, exploitation, training, institutionalization, logistics, and related mission requirements.

Key Responsibilities

   Provide highly specialized technical knowledge, analysis, and subject matter expertise.

   Establish technical direction and provide senior-level guidance for complex projects and initiatives.

   Advise Government and contractor leadership on mission objectives, technical challenges, capability gaps, risks, and solutions.

   Provide high-level vision and recommendations influencing operational, technical, programmatic, and institutional objectives.

   Lead or oversee complex technical efforts involving multiple functional areas or stakeholders.

   Provide technical and financial management support as required for assigned projects.

   Conduct or oversee studies, assessments, technical investigations, analyses, and capability development activities.

   Mentor, train, and provide technical direction to other personnel.

   Develop or review technical products, briefings, recommendations, reports, plans, and other deliverables.

   Coordinate with Navy, Joint, COCOM, Intelligence Community, SOF, interagency, laboratory, and other mission partners as required.

Potential Functional Areas

Technical exploitation; WTI/TECHINT; engineering and S&T; intelligence analysis; EOD; foreign materiel exploitation; operational planning; doctrine; training; logistics; JCIDS and requirements development; force management; policy; communications; facilities; data science; or related expeditionary mission areas.

Travel/Deployment

Position may require CONUS and OCONUS travel, including short-notice support to expeditionary or operational environments. Candidates must be willing and able to satisfy applicable deployment, medical, security, training, and mission-specific requirements.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

   Minimum 20 years of relevant professional experience.

   Doctorate degree or equivalent.

   Active Secret security clearance and eligibility for upgrade to TS/SCI.

   Extensive enterprise-level knowledge and experience in one or more relevant EXU-1/PWS functional areas.

   Highly effective oral and written communication skills.
