Position Details Job Title: Civil Engineer – PE Location: Pittsburgh, PA Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled, innovative, and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team, focusing on critical infrastructure projects. This role is central to designing falsework (overhangs) for bridges, primarily for PennDOT heavy highway projects. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering precise and compliant engineering solutions, demonstrating exceptional proficiency in creating detailed designs using AutoCAD and performing complex, rigorous engineering calculations in MathCAD. We are looking for a professional who not only ensures all designs strictly adhere to demanding PennDOT and AASHTO standards and guidelines but also brings a proactive approach to problem-solving, a commitment to engineering excellence, and the ability to mentor and develop team members in key areas. This position is essential for ensuring the safety and structural integrity of our designs and requires a current Pennsylvania Professional Engineer (PE) license, with the responsibility of stamping engineering drawings.
