This position could operate pencil machines for printed pencils or plain pencils as needed per customer orders. This position may also shift into other positions as needed according to customer demand by resource.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSOperate pencil equipment to meet customer demand and production goalsGoals per 8-hour shift: hex without = 360 printed, 800 plain; hex with = 320 printed, 704 plain; all round = 240 printed, 528 plainProperly record production/order fulfillment in our operating databaseCommunicate with supervisors and maintenance personnel to maintain equipment efficienciesUphold established quality standards for printed productsKeep work area clean and organizedWork safely upholding our company PPE and Safety requirements (Ex.
