Job description

Role Summary

Lead the overall Pega application modernization and cloud migration program. Own solution architecture, design governance, guardrails compliance, application modernization, and technical leadership across all workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Pega Readiness Assessment and migration analysis.
Define target-state architecture and Cloud Migration Strategy.
Author HLD, Solution Design Documents, and Cloud Blueprint.
Review and remediate legacy Pega 7 customizations.
Lead modernization of case types and business processes.
Ensure guardrail compliance (>95% target).
Define Agentic AI and GenAI implementation approach.
Govern migration of agents, integrations, and reporting.
Lead technical design reviews and deployment readiness reviews.
Support production cutover and post-go-live stabilization.

Required Skills

Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA).
10+ years of Pega experience.
Experience with Pega Infinity 24.x/25.x.
