Pediatric Nursing Assistants are healthcare professionals who support registered nurses and doctors in caring for infants, children, and adolescents in medical settings. Their responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily activities, preparing patients for procedures, and providing emotional support to young patients and their families. They play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for children who are receiving medical care. Pediatric Nursing Assistants often work in hospitals, pediatric clinics, and specialized children's healthcare facilities.
