Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 100% telehealth therapy sessions for our diverse clientele, utilizing tools such as video conferencing software to ensure effective communication and engagement.
  • Develop, implement, and adapt treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, taking into account their mental health challenges and treatment goals.
  • Provide ongoing counseling and support to children, teens, and their families, facilitating regular check-ins and progress evaluations to monitor treatment effectiveness.
  • Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with clinic policies and state regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary clinical team, including psychologists and nurse practitioners, to coordinate comprehensive care strategies for shared clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on working with children, adolescents, and young adults facing a range of mental health issues, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. By using evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), you will provide clients with effective coping strategies to enhance their mental resilience and emotional health.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent, with the capability to provide independent psychotherapy.
  • A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing therapy to children, teens, and young adults.
  • Proficiency in telehealth platforms and experience in delivering therapy sessions remotely.
Preferred Experience
  • Expertise in implementing various forms of CBT, with a proven track record of success in addressing mental health issues.
  • Experience in treating pediatric mental health disorders such as ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma-related conditions.
