Touch of Peace Counseling Services is seeking a devoted and qualified Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team in Chandler, Arizona. This position provides a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining cohesive collaboration with our outpatient office team. While standard working hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be necessary to accommodate patient needs. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify each patient's unique needs and collaboratively create personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy tailored to individual, couple, and family settings.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups designed to address specific mental health concerns and foster community engagement among clients.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all patients.
• Provide crisis intervention services, equipping clients with immediate support during mental health emergencies.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and available local resources for ongoing support.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation as per ethical and legal standards to ensure best practices in patient care.
• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health therapy.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights and innovations with peers.

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele ranging from children to adults, addressing various mental health challenges across different backgrounds. • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid and current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Arizona is mandatory.
• A profound understanding of mental health disorders, effective treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing thoughtful treatment plans is critical to this role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Sound judgment and adherence to professional ethical standards are imperative.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and proficient computer skills.
• A collaborative spirit is fundamental; the ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment is a must.

While a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is required, additional experience in group therapy or specialized therapeutic modalities is highly valued. Expertise in working with specific populations or conditions can enhance your application.

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
