What are PCT sitters?

PCT sitters, or Patient Care Technician sitters, are healthcare workers who provide constant observation and companionship to patients in hospitals or other medical facilities. PCT sitters watch over patients, alert nursing staff to any changes, and often assist with basic care needs. They play a crucial part in maintaining a safe environment for vulnerable patients.
