Job description

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our PCS team, an Accredited Labs company. We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator with 1-2 years of experience in shipping and administrative logistics that will support the daily operations of our office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can juggle multiple priorities with precision. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth shipment coordination and supporting day-to-day logistics operations.

Location: Monday - Friday at our branch office

Day to Day Responsibilities:ย 

Shipping & Logistics

  • Coordinate incoming & outgoing shipments
  • Manage local customer pickups and deliveries, including the execution of a recurring weekly route every Monday
  • Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms, packing lists, etc.)
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues with carriers
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and shipping logs

Technical

  • Navigate lab operations and technical environments
  • Understand and follow intricate processes and SOPs
  • Support broader operations with a high degree of technical literacy

Administrative Support

  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and shipping requests
  • Maintain and update logistics databases and spreadsheets
  • Generate reports on shipping performance, costs, and delivery timelines
  • Support compliance with import/export regulations and company policies
  • Communicate with internal departments (sales, customer service, finance) to ensure alignment

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or coordinator support required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with shipping platforms (FedEx, UPS, DHL) and freight coordination
  • Clean driving record
  • High School diploma is preferred
