Job description

Role :Tech B

Shift: 1st Shift 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Duration: 3-month contract

Location: Orlando, FL, is  9620 Air Commerce Parkway 32827

Key Responsibilities:

Perform surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole soldering on PCBs with high accuracy and quality

Conduct component-level soldering repairs, including removing and replacing electronic components

Test electronic assemblies to verify functionality and performance

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues at the component level using testing equipment

Repair and maintain radio antennas and amplifier transmitters

Follow technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions

Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and workmanship standards

Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with safety guidelines

Required Skills & Experience:

1–2+ years of experience in through-hole and surface-mount PCB soldering

Proven experience with component-level repair and rework

Ability to perform testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on electronic assemblies

Experience working with radio frequency (RF) equipment, antennas, or amplifier transmitters is preferred

Strong attention to detail and steady hand for precision soldering

Physical & Safety Requirements:

Ability to lift and move items weighing 50 lbs or more

Must wear safety-toe shoes at all times

Comfortable working in a production or technical lab environment
