Launch Your Career in Electronics
Do you enjoy troubleshooting electronics and solving technical problems? Whether you're an experienced Electronics Technician or a recent graduate with an Associate degree in Electronics, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career in a hands-on, technical environment.
We're looking for an Electronic Repair Technician to diagnose, service, and repair industrial automation and electronic equipment. You'll work at the component level, repairing CNC systems, PLCs, servo drives, power supplies, and printed circuit boards while developing valuable skills in industrial electronics.
If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy figuring out how things work, and take pride in repairing equipment rather than replacing it, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial electronic equipment
- Perform component-level diagnostics and PCB repair, including part replacement
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble electronic assemblies
- Calibrate and test repaired equipment to ensure proper operation and reliability
- Use electronic test equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and other diagnostic tools
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
- Document repairs, parts used, and test results accurately
- Follow quality, safety, and repair standards
- Partner with service and customer support teams to deliver exceptional results
What You Bring:
- Associate degree in Electronics, Electronic Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field OR equivalent hands-on electronics repair experience
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. If you've completed an electronics-related associate degree and are eager to launch your career, we'd love to hear from you.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipment
- Ability to read electrical schematics, drawings, and technical documentation
- Familiarity with electronic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic instruments
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with industrial automation equipment
- Soldering and electronic rework experience
- Component-level PCB repair and troubleshooting
- Experience repairing CNC controls, PLCs, servo drives, VFDs, power supplies, or industrial control systems
- Manufacturing, maintenance, military electronics, or bench repair experience
