You'll have the opportunity to developwithin the Process Control and Operational Technology (PC&OT) group at the Saguenay office. This group includes the following disciplines: automation,instrumentation, advanced control, industrial computing and telecommunications.Depending on your interests and business opportunities, you'll have the chanceto work on a variety of mandates to explore and develop your knowledge acrossthe group's disciplines, mainly in the mining and metals, renewable energy and pulp and paper sectors.

An overview of possible mandates andresponsibilities

  • Help produce deliverables for an engineering project cycle
  • Program programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and human-machine interfaces (HMIs)
  • Perform SCADA integration and programming work
  • Help configure historians and appraise data
  • Analyze client data to identify root causes of problems and ideas for improvement
  • Help analyze needs, select technology and solutions proposed to our clients
  • Participate in commissioning and testing at client sites
