Job description

Description and Responsibilities

Open Sky is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our team!

Here, you will work alongside a dedicated, clinically sophisticated workforce and have opportunities to build clinical best practices and be a part of a long-term team dedicated to Positive Behavioral Supports.

In this role, the BCBA will provide support to adults living with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, and Acquired Brain Injury living in various environments within the community. Additionally, the BCBA will collaborate with team members and collaterals. The BCBA is responsible for conducting functional behavioral assessments and developing Positive Behavioral Support plans. The BCBA will support the delivery of interventions to assist people in building and using skills. They also exhibit Open Sky's commitment to racial equity, justice, diversity, and inclusion in the work they perform.

Other Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide training and consultation to team members on Applied Behavioral Analysis and Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS).
  • Oversee the development and implementation of PBS Universal, Targeted and Intensive Treatment plans and associated data.
  • To serve as an active member of the PBS Leadership Team, Risk/Safety Team, Clinical Development Team and Peer Review Committee.
  • To supervise interns, behavioral technicians and clinicians as assigned.
  • Must be able to travel to Open Sky programs within the Central / Eastern Massachusetts area.
Qualifications
  • Masters Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst required.

  • Experience with assessment and analysis of individual needs, and writing appropriate treatment interventions using Positive Behavioral Supports model required.

  • Experience with adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, and Acquired Brain Injury is required.

  • Strong leadership skills, adaptability, time-management, and verbal and written communication skills preferred.

  • Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record required.
