The Role and What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll execute fulfillment operations for events, ensuring guests receive their tickets, credentials, and hospitality materials accurately and on time:
  • Execute on-site fulfillment tasks for events across NFL, NCAA, Combat Sports and other verticals
  • Process and track shipments, coordinate with shipping vendors on day-to-day logistics
  • Work with Guest Services, Event Production, and Business Unit teams to complete fulfillment deliverables
  • Provide broker exchange marketplace support and flag issues in real time
  • Maintain accurate records of ticket transfers, credential assignments, and shipment tracking
  • Follow all protocols for secure handling of sensitive customer data and ticket transfer processes
  • Perform reconciliation tasks and assist with first-level customer inquiries and escalations
  • Prepare event materials, welcome kits, and hospitality packages per event specifications
  • Utilize fulfillment technologies and systems to complete assigned tasks efficiently
  • Support on-site event setup, check-in, and guest-facing fulfillment activities

You Have These:
  • 2+ years of operations, fulfillment, logistics, or customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure event environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Willingness to travel for on-site event support as required

  • Prior experience in sports, entertainment, or hospitality industry
  • Familiarity with ticketing platforms or credential management systems
  • Experience with shipping, tracking, or warehouse operations
  • Background in guest-facing or customer service roles
