Job description

Seeking a Business Analyst with Healthcare/PBM experience to support pharmacy claims implementations through requirements gathering, data analysis, system integration, and testing.
Responsibilities
  • Gather and document business and functional requirements.
  • Prepare BRDs, user stories, RTMs, and process documentation.
  • Perform data analysis, mapping, and interface analysis.
  • Develop test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and support UAT.
  • Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Track requirements, changes, and project deliverables.

Required Skills
  • 7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
  • Healthcare/PBM or Health Plan experience.
  • NCPDP D.0, F6, Batch, and SCRIPT knowledge.
  • Experience with RxClaim, JUDI, or Abarca preferred.
  • Strong experience in data mapping, system integrations, testing, and requirements management.
  • Agile experience preferred.
